Eu estava lendo “Information Anxiety”, do Richard Saul Wurman, e encontrei a seguinte anotação de margem (o livro tem citações e desenhos e outras coisas nas margens):

Forearm play increases memory
A university study found that when students asked for information in a library, they were able to retain the information longer when the librarians made physical contact with them by lightly touching their arms while answering the student’s question.

E aí eu pensei que também faria questão de aprender direitinho na primeira vez para evitar contatos físicos desnecessários com pessoas desconhecidas que trabalham na biblioteca.
